CADTALK ERP is an off-the-shelf, bi-directional integration between the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform and your ERP. It reads the product structure managed in ENOVIA, along with SOLIDWORKS designs stored on the platform, and transforms the engineering bill of materials into manufacturing-ready items, BOMs, and routings.
The connection runs through ENOVIA's own web services. Your 3DEXPERIENCE administrator creates an integration agent, CADTALK points at the 3DSpace endpoint, and data flows. No export files, no custom code.

Step 1: Read
CADTALK pulls the product structure from ENOVIA through the 3DSpace web services, or opens the SOLIDWORKS assembly stored on the platform. Part numbers, descriptions, quantities, materials, revision levels, custom attributes, and file references come across as engineering defined them.
Step 2: Transform
The CADTALK intelligence engine applies your configured rules to turn the engineering BOM into a manufacturing BOM. Phantom assemblies flatten, stock materials and consumables attach, make-or-buy flags set, units convert, part numbers classify. No code written.
Step 3: Validate and Publish
Color-coded indicators show what's new, what changed, and what already exists in the ERP. Validation catches missing fields or bad values before anything is written.
