Every time a new part is designed or an existing part is revised, CADTALK ERP’s configurable intelligence engine translates engineering data to create new or updates existing stock items, bills of material, and routings in Acumatica. It identifies the changes between data inside CAD and data already in Acumatica, so you know which information needs to be updated (bidirectionally) between the two systems ensuring that everyone is working from the same up-to-date information.

CADTALK speeds up the engineering to manufacturing hand-off by 5X, by eliminating manual data entry and BOM errors. CADTALK ERP focuses on the entire engineering to manufacturing process the manufacturing routing including all labor operations, manufacturing cycle time calculations, scrap percentages, and more.
